HOW IS SHOOTINGS FOR THE STARS DONE?

No matter who you are, no matter where you are, no matter what your position is... always shoot for the stars, never shoot for the moon or some clouds. Shoot for the highest, that is how you will know the real meaning of life. By shooting the stars you will feel a lot of pain, you will be tested, you will feel a lot of disappointments and critics and when you surpass all of those things.. Congratulations you were already a new person. If you are just a janitor, aim to become the leader of the janitors, don't just settle being an ordinary janitor for the rest of your life, aim to become the leader and then aim to get the next position after being the leader of the janitors. The idea here is you keep on improving in your life, you are progressing and you are shooting for the stars. You don't settle and you don't accept your fate. Always look for what is next, always look for what is higher and then try to get it with all your might. Because you will get it for sure, there is no way you can't get it if you are really trying to get it. A lot of people shoots for the stars but they can't get it because they don't know that "shooting" doesn't literally mean shooting, it also means climbing. You have to take it one step at a time, you will never get it if you will just try for a couple of times and then expect big things to happen to your life. Sometimes you have to take the small stages first and then conquer it until you reach the bigger stage. You have to be very patient or else you will not be able to arrive at your desired destination. Shooting for the stars also means you have to shoot for every opportunity presented that is needed to get your goals. If you want to become a president you can't run for a president right away, you have to conquer smaller positions, build your credentials and when you are ready you can go for your desired position. Because you can never hit a star if your arrow is weak and cannot even reach the moon. Everything is achievable if you have the tenacity and perseverance to stay on the course, anything you want you can have it. All you need is consistent effort, unbreakable will and a very clear vision. Never settle for less, always aim for more because opportunities and dreams are limitless. At some point in your life, you will feel when you are already ready, you will feel it if you are already deserving for what you want. You can be delayed but you can't be denied. What you want may have a delay effect, it can be years but if you hold on to that dream... any star, no matter how far it is can be reach, you can reach the farthest place if you keep on going and avoid stopping.

IF THERE IS SOMEONE WHO CAN DO IT, IT'S YOU

A lot of people were talking about the word impossible, they were putting you down, they were already counting you out. They don't know what is in your heart, they don't know how powerful you are. They were only good in seeing something about you that looks so funny. They laugh about your dreams, they will even call you some sarcastic names that are really heart breaking if you will take it seriously but... if there is someone who can do impossible things then it is you. You have the vision to keep going even if the going gets tough, you have the will to keep pushing, you never quit and you never get tired. All those people who talks on your back are just making comments, they can't even follow their own dreams. But you... you have the power, you never listen to doubters, you only listen to you heart. How many times you have fall and get back up? how many times they count you out but you are still in? how many times you almost die but you live anyway? you are invincible and you have to feel it everyday. Always put your mind into the right position where you can succeed. Keep on doing what you are doing, just keep on being better everyday and you will arrive in your desired place. Because at the end of the day, it is you and only you who should take the blame if you don't succeed. If you don't succeed it only means you listen to what people say, you already succumb to the word "impossible", you already believe it. It is you who can do big things, it is you who can accept critics, it is you who can keep moving forward until the end. The people around you who are putting you down are just pussies, they don't know anything, they can't even see the bigger things around them. They are putting you down because they are too jealous, they are too insecure and they can't do anything good about their life. So never stop because you have the power to believe and of course you have to pair it with massive actions. Just stay focus and never move your eyes away from your goals. It is just a matter of time before you get it, you are almost there, you just need to keep on tacking actions, be relentless and rest less. So do something that was never done before, people thought that it can't be done because they are too scared and they can't accept the fact that there is someone who is trying and that is you. If there is someone who can do it... it's you. Not your neighbor, not your cousin, not your brother, not your teammate... it's you. Never look for someone to do it for you because no one will. It is you that can make it happen, it is you that can take actions. never stop until you WIN.
